amazing stay!
helpful staff modern gym great view convenient location
The staff was helpful throughout my stay. the gym is very up to date equipped and clean. the pool has a great view and atmosphere. i stayed in a two bedroom suite. It had three toilets and a cozy, large living room. the location is excellent. It is right on the marina walk, and it is easy to get a taxi.
i had to always ask to get some replenishment at breakfast if something had run out, slightly annoying.

the breakfast was also excellent. it featured fresh fruits and berries. there were also lots of different pastries and breads. a good selection of warm foods changed on almost a daily basis, really nice!!!

unavailable valet parking poor communication
the location was acceptable, easy to access other parts of the city.
The valet parking was not available one morning. I had to retrieve the car myself. staff english communication skills need improvement. a telephone in the room did not function.

Fantastic Stay at Marina Gem
great location high quality comfortable bed washing machine
The location was great with many restaurants nearby. The in-room dining had high quality options, i loved having a balcony. The bed was comfortable. I had really great sleep . The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay including a washing machine.
The hotel should pay more attention to small details like a true five-star hotel though the service was still good.

Our suite featured two toilets and a full-size refrigerator. The wifi signal was strong. It allowed seamless connectivity for work and leisure. The room's layout was spacious and well-designed. It provided ample space.

Breakfast offered both a varied buffet selection and a la carte options. The buffet included many choices. All family members found something they liked. The dining area maintained a quiet atmosphere during breakfast.

kitchen facilities helpful staff significant fee high noise
the studio included kitchen facilities and a balcony. the location was perfect as it was right by the marina walk.. it was easy to reach the marina. housekeeping staff was very helpful too.
early check-in was available but with a significant fee. we were given a studio not on the marina side, but on the backstreet instead. the noise was quite high there.

The studio was lovely with a separate bedroom area. It included kitchen facilities and a balcony (i especially liked the two TVs!). The location was perfect by the marina walk.
The early check-in had additional costs. It was never communicated in earlier exchanges. The studio was not on the Marina side. It was on the noisy backstreet.

equipped kitchen polite staff really good accommodation
The apartment was clean. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. It was very convenient. Staff were polite and always ready to assist.

Really good Stay at the Marina
smooth check-in detailed explanation manager note cleaning chocolates
The staff ensured a smooth check-in. I received detailed explanations and was escorted to my room. A fruit plate and welcome note from the manager awaited me. The housekeeping staff left chocolates after each cleaning. This attention to detail impressed me.
The room telephone was not working. This made contacting services inconvenient
